Community Champions Network
In 2006, with funding from Jockey International, NACAC (North American Council on Adoptable Children) embarked on a new initiative to expand post-adoption support services in communities around North America.
In Canada, adoptive parents and other members of the adoption community in Ontario, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick have joined the network and are helping to advocate for improved adoption supports.
